Logistics and Value: No Surprises

The journalist evaluated logistics from airport transfer to final drop-off. Our vehicles were clean, punctual, and driven by sober drivers who communicated clearly. Our pre-trek briefing was the only one to include a written safety information sheet and an emergency contact card. Our post-trek transfer was the only one that confirmed timing by WhatsApp the night before.

On value, she noted that while we were not the cheapest operator, our pricing included permit, transport, park fees, guide fee, and a packed lunch — with no hidden extras. Competitors who appeared cheaper on initial quotes added charges for items we included as standard.
