Int’l Ethical Gorilla Specialists operates as an independent gorilla trekking evaluation and information platform. This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or managed by the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA), Rwanda Development Board (RDB), Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Volcanoes National Park, or any government institution.
All park names, destinations, and authority references are used strictly for descriptive and informational purposes.
2. No Direct Sale of Permits
We do not sell gorilla trekking permits, habituation experience permits, or any official park-issued services. We do not process payments on behalf of UWA, RDB, or any government body.
All permits must be obtained directly through:

Or through a licensed tour operator
3. Operator Recommendations
We evaluate and recommend selected tour operators based on internal standards covering guide quality, safety, logistics, conservation compliance, and guest experience. However, we do not own, manage, or directly control any recommended operator.
Travelers are encouraged to independently verify the licensing, credentials, and current standing of any operator before booking. Our recommendations are made in good faith but do not constitute a guarantee of performance.
4. Accuracy of Information
All content on this website is published in good faith for general informational purposes. Permit prices, availability, park regulations, health requirements, and travel conditions may change without notice.
